This is the only contractor you need for your water damage/remediation issues. They were referred to me by the general contractor. These guys called me back the same day I was referred to them; they showed up when they were supposed to; started & completed the work exactly as scheduled. I also received periodic updates from the owner. The containment areas they had to set up were above & beyond what I was expecting. The project was also a little bit more involved as the areas to be worked on were in excess of 18" from the floor. Needless to say I am more than pleased w/ the final outcome & the timeliness of the work. If I could give them a higher rating I would. As an FYI I am not related to the contractor nor have any affiliation w/ them whatsoever.

Cory was the individual that serviced our home and he was timely, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Ryan and Cory provided recommendations for other professional services that we needed based on the situation without us even asking. They worked directly with our insurance company, so I am currently unaware of the cost of this particular scope of work, however, we asked them to look into another area in our home not covered by insurance and the estimate they provided was very reasonable. They of course provided the same quality of work in the second area. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of needing mitigation services. We had a small attic pipe leak for several days that resulted in drywall and baseboard damage involving 2 bedrooms and a closet in a 1958 block ranch. After some research and checking BBB I called Ryan Riedy owner of Square One Restoration to check it out. He arrived quicker than I would have guessed with a case of fancy cameras and other gear that can see the water content in the walls to see the extent of the damage without ever pulling out a hammer or wrecking bar. He took hundreds of photos to send the insurance company throughout the process. The removal of wet materials and clean up was done in total isolation from the rest of the house and rooms so there was zero dust. Floors were protected all the way to the front door. Care and attention to details at every step including excellent Covid protection by Ryan and all the professional crews. You don't often get the owner of a company take such a personal interest in the project and Ryan really works hard to insure you are happy with the result.
