I highly recommend Ryan's Square One Restoration for their exceptional mold remediation services. As someone with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) due to mold mycotoxin exposure, I needed a company that understands the condition and wouldn't cut corners like many others. I was referred to them by Michael Shrantz, and I couldn't be happier with their work. The owner, Ryan and his team members are knowledgeable about CIRS and are incredibly courteous. Crew member, Bradley explained the entire process and encouraged questions, which was reassuring and built trust. The job was done thoroughly and professionally, with proper containment and cleanup. They even did small particle cleaning and referred another company for post-remediation testing. I'm grateful to have found a company in Phoenix that handles mold remediation so effectively. Highly recommend working with Ryan and his team at Square One. Mold remediation is super tricky and it's really hard to find a contractor that knows how to do it correctly and that you can trust. Ryan and his team put care and consideration into every step of the remediation process and they really care about the people they work with. Ryan communicated with us and took the time to talk through everything every step of the way. Our home had a few hiccups along the way (termites and a sewer gas problem) and they guided us on how to tackle both issues even though it wasn't part of the work they do directly. They were patient with us as we got other issues fixed even though it meant pausing their job. Their team was prompt, spent all day every day at our home, and got the job done in the expected amount of time given the other issues that came up. Our house had a significant mold problem and they still passed rigorous post-remediation testing with flying colors. I had a great experience with Square One after coming home to a flooded bathroom due to an upstairs leak. They answer the phone 24/7 and provide excellent service. Bob and Evan came on time and were both thorough and efficient with their evaluation. They have great equipment to help them and were friendly/helpful throughout the whole process. They were quick to help out, immediately taking out wet floor pads and setting up a de-humidifier even before they were able to start the actual demolition.  Bob and Evan were awesome to work with. When our ceiling caved in from unknown water damage, SquareOne came out almost immediately to provide an estimate and assess the situation. I was so grateful to have the team tape up the hole in our ceiling and set up fans/dehumidifiers  immediately, even though our scheduled appointment for demo was a few days later. These guys are a rare find. From start to finish last year I was in good hands. Excellent at communicating the cause and solutions to my water damage in a way I could understand, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process.
